Making Your Finances Bullet Proof

While most people do have some sort of financial hardship at some point in their life there is a way to make your finances as bullet proof as possible.  Here are some tips which can help you make the right decision and come out ok financially no matter what life has to through at you.

1.   Look for Extra Income Sources

Looking for passive income streams outside of your work can be a great way of making your finances more stable and give you more opportunities in the future.  It is also one of the best ways how to survive a great depression.If you get laid off from your job then you are out of luck, but if you had income coming in from other sources outside of your work then you will still be doing ok. 

So look at maybe starting a side business or investing your money.You do not know what will happen, you might not even need a day job once you get some money coming in outside of your work.

2.   Invest

Another thing that you can do is to save up and invest your money.  Learning about stocks can be a terrific way of building your financial future.   If you save your money and invest you build your wealth, if you build your wealth you will have more options in the future and will always have more money on the side to help you in case of an emergency.

3.   Start a Corporation

Unfortunately we live in a sue happy world.  There are plenty of sharks out there who are just walking around looking for something to get upset about and sue people for.If somebody tips and falls while they are breaking into your house and sues you then you never know what will happen, you might end up having to pay a lot of money to the “victim”.

Preparing yourself for any emergency includes preparing yourself if you ever run into a lawsuit shark.  One way to prepare yourself is to make a corporation for your businesses and investments.A corperation is a seperate entity so people cannot sue you and take something that you do not own directly.

It is a pain in the butt, but there are a lot of bad people out in the world so you will have to do something to protect yourself from that.
