What do the luxurious retirement communities actually feel just like to live in? Are they as good as they claim in the property investment advice centers? Does living in these places truly seem like you're well taken care of? Do you really feel spoiled? When you hear about how they have 24-hour concierges, award-winning chefs, New Age health advisors, six tennis courts and 4 swimming pools, you do wonder how far you can trust these claims. Particularly when all these amazing extras appear to not cost as much as they should. Are these luxurious retirement communities actually all that they claim to be?
These places actually appear to go hell for leather. Toll Siblings, one of the most outstanding housing construction corporations of the country has been opening four luxury retirement communities around the country every year. One community in Florida, the Sarasota Bay Club has a community theater where they show live broadcasts of all concerts at the Philadelphia Orchestra. In one such community in Arizona, all of the houses in the community are built around a massive well-designed golf course and a facility for continuing care.
So how come they offer all these at good prices? Do they not want to raise prices for better income? The benefits to their bottom line of raising costs is not lost on these builders. It is just that in the price-sensitive home market we are in currently, they do not accept that they could raise costs and get away with it. In three dozen markets across the nation, there have been no price raises in controlled living facilities.
Somehow, over time, the quality of live that retirees have started to expect, has risen. Retirees look for organic menus, gymnasiums, entertainment options, luxury surroundings and they expect all these as standard offerings. Put simply, they don't expect to pay premium costs for these premium conveniences. The cost of entry in these places is only a part of the final bill. Residents are anticipated to pay each month dues, upkeep and security bills additionally. The communities regularly also have residents sign detailed contracts to do with medical care costs. Still, places such as these could be productive just for the top chefs and massage therapists available anytime of the day or night.
Let’s get down to some real figures for what these services will cost. In Monroe in New Jersey, they have taken luxury to another level. There is a nine hole and celebrity-designed golf course, clubs for photography and vehicle enthusiasts, sporting activities, an enormous clubhouse and fitness center. Two-bedroom homes here start at about $400,000 each. Monthly charges run to about $350.
