The awards are given on first come first serve basis.As an applicant, you need to prepare documents such as driver’s license, SSN, w-2 forms, bank statements, investment statements, debt statements, Parent’s ITR if the student is dependent, seller ITR if student is independent, and spouse ITR if married.

In order to have a successful Pell Grant Application, the Financial Need of a student needs to be high. It is the difference between cost of attendance and expected family contribution. Logically, if EFC is low, then financial need remains high. In filling out the FAFSA form, these pieces information will be asked as well.
