Has Anyone Bought The Creprogram.com Program From Austin Davis?

I am wanting to know about Austin Davis who has a commercial real estate training program. His CREprogram is on sale right now and I have been wanting to try it for a while now. I have done a lot of searching for reviews on his program and for the most part people have good things to stay about him. I thought I would see if any of my readers have tried his program too.

I heard about Austin from his students at another real estate conference last year. I would like to hear your experience with his program. I did find a Austin Davis Review page on squidoo with lots of feedback from users of his program. I am impressed so far by what I have heard. I have about $15k saved to work with. I am pretty sure his program works I am wondering how much I am going to have to work at it.

I will be giving the program a shot and am going to see how it works. I like that Austin is selling his program for less than other gurus. I have a back ground in residential real estate, but that market has gone south. I really want to get into commercial real estate now.

It is a buyers market in commercial real estate right now. My goal is to buy my first property in the next 12 months. That will give me plenty of time to get my first deal done.

I am hoping to find a property with 30 units or more. I would like to get a property with management in place. I will not be managing the property I buy on my own. I really want to get a deal with management already in place. I only want to invest in property. I plan to only invest and not manage my property. I only want in good condition property. I do not want a fixer upper.
